Geoffrey G. Grivner has experience representing corporate clients in all aspects of state and federal litigation.
Geoffrey's litigation experience includes drafting briefs, arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, examining trial witnesses and conducting discovery. He has also provided corporate clients with advice regarding the Delaware General Corporation Law and the law effecting Delaware alternative entities.
Previously, Geoffrey served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the District of Delaware, where he prosecuted federal gun and drug crimes as part of Operation FED UP. Geoffrey served as first chair in multiple trials. He was also responsible for arguing and briefing evidentiary disputes, and preparing witnesses for testimony before grand juries, sentencing hearings and trials.
