Alexandria Intellectual Property Counsel Holly M. Ford recently organized an event that took place Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at the Trademark Bar, Westin Hotel, in Alexandria.
As co-chair of the Trademark Committee for the Patent, Trademark & Copyright Section of the Bar Association of D.C., Ford lined up a well-received presentation on streamlining inter partes matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. The main speaker was the Acting Chief Administrative Judge Gerard Rogers of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Judge Peter Cataldo also attended at the event.
