On Thursday, March 12, Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Shareholder Philip L. Hirschhorn served as moderator at the Federal Circuit Bar Association's webcast event, titled, "Appealing to the Federal Circuit From PTAB Decisions in AIA Review Proceedings - Part II."

The panel discussion was a webinar about appeals of final decisions of the USPTO’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) in AIA review proceedings (i.e., inter partes review, post-grant review, and covered business method patent review) to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. It served as a sequel to the popular and informative webinar that occurred in December 2014.
