Eric D. Heicklen Talks Risk Management at 2014 Top Gun School for Assisted Living Nurses

Eric D. Heicklen, counsel in Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's Litigation Section, presented "Risk Management for Assisted Living Nurses" on September 22, as part of the 2014 Top Gun School for Assisted Living Nurses. Heicklen's presentation, which kicked off the second day of the three-day training program, covered early and proactive risk management strategies for the assisted living nursing profession. It also discussed the ins and outs of a deposition of an Assisted Living Facility Wellness Director.
