Covenants Not to Compete in Florida

Richard G. Salazar, counsel in the firm’s Litigation Section, will present at a continuing legal education program titled, "Covenants Not to Compete in Florida," in Tampa, Fla. on Wednesday, June 4, 2014. The event is sponsored by Lorman Education Services and will provide practical solutions to pressing issues about the law of trade secrets and confidential information. 

Salazar will address the topic of “Drafting Enforceable Restrictive Covenants” and will focus his presentation on the preparation of sophisticated restrictive covenants, as well as sample provisions for restrictive covenants.
