Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Litigation shareholder Steven E. Bizar will participate in a panel discussion on the cost of e-discovery, held as part of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Federal Bench Bar Conference on June 8, 2012.
Bizar will join the Honorable Joel H. Slomsky of the U.S. District Court for Eastern District of Pennsylvania and Anthony J. Bolognese to discuss who pays for e-discovery, developing laws surrounding the topic and ways in which you can protect your client's pocketbook.
