Jonathan’s presentation discussed the scope of post-grant trials before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, differences between PTAB trials and trials before federal district courts, best practices before the PTAB and appellate review of trials before the PTAB.
