Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney attorneys Ivan J. Punchatz and Brian J. Rath presented "Business Ethics: Model Code of Conduct" at the 41st annual Health Care Association of New Jersey 20-Hour Symposium, held March 19-21, 2013, in Atlantic City.
Punchatz and Rath presented the law of business ethics using interactive scenarios to address "gray areas" and provide practical skills for identifying and resolving ethical dilemmas. The agenda included conflicts of interests – gifts, favors, use of organizational property, confidentiality general, use of technology, reporting ethical concerns, ethics overview, and other new ethics regulations.
