Fort Lauderdale/Miami, FL – December 18, 2013 – Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney announced today that co-managing shareholder of the firm’s Miami and Fort Lauderdale offices, Richard A. Morgan was voted to the Wagner College Board of Trustees.

Morgan focuses his practice on complex litigation involving banking, UCC issues, regulatory matters, lender liability, fraud, defalcation and construction-defect matters. He is a past member of the firm’s Board of Directors. He also heads the firm’s Litigation practice. 

Wagner College is a private college that was founded in 1883. With a nationally recognized academic program, the College is enhance by a rich array of internship and other professional and cultural opportunities that are available in New York City.
