The Pittsburgh Business Times recently asked legal leaders in the Pittsburgh region “[h]ow do you stay connected and provide extra service to clients?”

CEO and Managing Director, Jack Barbour, told the publication that several years ago Buchanan “…implemented a client assessment program to determine what clients value most and how we could better deliver that value to them. In the past two years, we have conducted more than 200 client interviews through independent researchers and members of our leadership team. In Pittsburgh, and in our other 14 offices, the initiative has been met with great enthusiasm and positive results.”
