Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Attorney Craig Mills to Participate in PBI CLE on Civil Litigation

Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney shareholder Craig D. Mills will participate in a Pennsylvania Bar Institute CLE course taking place in Philadelphia November 20, 2009, and, again, in Allentown December 4. The course, titled "Civil Litigation in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania — 2009: A Practical Guide for Today's Litigator," will consist of a panel of leading practitioners and federal judges who will discuss what to expect (and what is required) to litigate a civil case successfully in the Eastern District — from pre-filing investigation through trial.
