“We are proud to have had the opportunity to represent such great companies in a very wide range of industries and at all stages of the business life cycle,” stated Buchanan. “Adding new talent to the Corporate Section's leadership team allows us to strengthen our practice by incorporating new perspectives that provide solutions to such a diverse client base,” he added.

The firm’s corporate lawyers are known for their depth and continuity of practice for companies in all stages of development. They have represented some of the region’s most highly respected corporations as well as the most promising start-ups from inception through an exit event.
