Pittsburgh, PA, May 9, 2011 — Hannah T. Frank joins Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC as a shareholder in the firm's Corporate Practice after more than 14 years with Reed Smith LLP. At Buchanan, she will continue to provide counsel on securities and compliance matters for publicly held companies. In addition to her securities work, she represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, divestures, joint ventures and financing transactions.

At Reed Smith, Ms. Frank handled public securities matters and mergers and acquisitions for various clients including Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corporation, PNC Financial Services, Koppers Holdings, Inc., First Advantage Corporation and The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation.

Ms. Frank received her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and her B.A. degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to receiving her law degree, she served as an assistant press secretary for former U.S. Senator Arlen Specter and as a clerk for Price Waterhouse in London, England.
