Brock E. McCandless' practice encompasses litigation, land use law, energy and environmental law and public and municipal law, with a special emphasis on real estate.
Brock has represented commercial clients through all stages of the litigation process. He has conducted legal claim analysis, taken and defended depositions and represented clients before magistrate district judges and arbitration boards.
In addition to his litigation experience, Brock represented private and municipal clients in all aspects of land use, zoning and real estate matters. He was also honored by his peers and selected to be on the 2013 and 2017 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list, which represents only the top 2.5 percent of lawyers in Pennsylvania.
