Much of our multi-disciplinary practice
involves regular representation of banks and other financial institutions in asset based lending, secured transactions, real estate finance (including tax credit financing), subordinated debt financing, syndications, out-of-court restructurings and workouts. We frequently represent agent banks in the workout and restructuring of syndicated loans. We work seamlessly with our financial services
