Appealing to the Federal Circuit from PTAB Decisions in AIA Review Proceedings

On December 11, from noon – 1:00PM, Shareholder Philip L. Hirschhorn will participate as moderator in the Federal Circuit Bar Association's panel discussion, titled "Appealing to the Federal Circuit from PTAB Decisions in AIA Review Proceedings." The discussion will take place at the USPTO, Knox Building, 10th Floor, as well as via webcast.

The panel will discuss appeals of final decisions of the USPTO's Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) in AIA review proceedings (i.e., inter partes review, post-grant review and covered business method patent review) to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
