Tampa, FL – Andrea Zelman, a shareholder with the law firm of Fowler White Boggs, was recently selected for Leadership Tampa, class of 2010. 

A leadership program of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Tampa educates its participants on issues, opportunities, and challenges throughout Hillsborough County.  Members meet throughout the year for briefings, tours, and seminars, covering a wide-range of topics such as: healthcare, education, law enforcement, cultural affairs, redevelopment, government and other important community issues.

Ms. Zelman's primary area of expertise is in land use and environmental law, including zoning matters, developments of regional impact, comprehensive land use plans, development agreements, annexations, transportation issues, CERCLA, RCRA, Brownfield redevelopment, environmental litigation and representation before local, state and federal agencies.  She is AV peer review rated by Martindale-Hubbell.  She received her B.S., With Honors, from the University of Florida and her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
