American Bar Association Annual Meeting - Inter Partes Review Estoppel under 35 U.S.C. 315(e)

Jonathan Bowser, Counsel in Buchanan's Intellectual Property section, presented "Inter Partes Review Estoppel under 35 U.S.C. 315(e)" to the Council of the Intellectual Property Law Section of the American Bar Association at the ABA's Annual Meeting in New York City on August 11. Jonathan advocated for Council to adopt a resolution favoring a broad scope of IPR estoppel as the policy of the ABA-IPL section. Following Jonathan's presentation, Council voted unanimously to adopt the resolution.
