Gapihan offers a simple framework for feedback, noting that "All associates (and lawyers in general) should get into the habit of seeking regular informal feedback, in addition to taking advantage of formal feedback processes. Yet the professionals who are in a position to offer the most helpful feedback also tend to be busy.
