Todd Walters, shareholder in the firm's Intellectual Property section, will host a one-hour fireside chat with Chief Judge David Ruschke of the PTAB at the AIPLA 2017 Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C. Todd will ask Chief Judge Ruschke to comment on new developments at the PTAB, including trends in the PTAB’s decisions, multiple/follow-on petitions, motions to amend, expanded panels, remands, precedential decisions, and more. Todd is the Chair of the AIPLA’s PTAB Trial Committee. The event is open to all attendees of the Annual Meeting.
