Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney’s Kelly H. Kolb will participate as a panelist for the Broward County Crime Commission’s upcoming Adult & Workplace Bullying Conference. The event, which is part of the Crime Commission’s Building Bridges Mental Health Conference Series, will be held on Thursday, July 24th from 7:30 am – 5:00 pm in Deerfield Beach, Fla.
Kolb’s panel, “Workplace Bullying and Family Dispute Bullying,” will address the financial impact of bullying on the corporate bottom line, show how bullying can present a risk management or legal liability issue, identify the need for an anti-bullying policy, and explain how human resources departments should react to complaints of bullying.
